I bought this computer with Windows XP Professional because I did not want to learn a new operating system - Window 7 or 8 - but I wanted a faster computer than what I had. The Dell Optiplex 755 meets that goal. The system was supposed to have the 64 bit version of XP Pro installed, but it came with the 32 bit version which limits me to 4GB of RAM. It also did not come with the install CD for Windows XP Professional which was supposed to be included. I have worked with John at craving savings who has been helpful in convincing me that 4GB of RAM is enough based on the way I use the computer - no photoshop, gaming, etc. He also has promised to send me the OS install CD.
