Worth mentioning here... the Mercury SSD doesn't suffer from serious degradation over time like many SSDs do and will. If you do video, photo and design work, this SSD (any capacity) is the one to use (for scratch, boot or data). Search "SSD degradation" on macperformanceguide(dot)com to see the tests (tests are not Mac specific). It is something to be aware of and this drive will hold up over time for Mac or PC.
