I like the board a lot. I think I prefer ASUS build quality to MSI, or Gigabyte. The BIOS is nicely designed. The software bundle is adequate. Looks great, but I lost enthusiasm for it when it didn't offer much overclocking boost. Intel's Smart Connect is pretty useless, but that's not ASUS's fault. However, I think the June release of Intel network drivers caused Windows 8 to BSOD. The HD4600 Graphics are great and Quick Sync with HandBrake's nightly is insanely fast 450fps peak DVD-to-H.264 conversion. I can recommend this board for any power efficient HTPC build.
