I was building a budget multimedia PC for $500. This graphics card has all you'd expect from a quality graphics card: Glossy heat pipes that can even reflect your childhood, an effective cooling fan that stays quieter than all other fans and keeps the GPU well under 50'C even on heavy load, and the gratuitous performance (Yes, not only it can play Crysis, it can play three times of Crysis: Crysis 3). Now my new PC performs great, looks great, and sounds great.

It's also worth noting that single Radeon HD 7850 consumes only 30 to 130W, so a quality 500W power supply (~$40 these days) will be more than enough to keep both this baby and your wallet happy.
