I did a bad review of the product because it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered the genuine Phillips lamp but got some knock off made in Mexico. I asked them about it and they insisted it was a genuine Phillips product. I even gave them proof that it was wasn't by the directions that came with the lamp describing it what to look for in a genuine Phillips lamp and it had a serial number for there cheaper lamp that they sell on the box I received. They kept insisting it was genuine. So I write a negative review and they tried to bribe me to take it down by offering warranties. I didn't take the offer because they already lied to me once, why would I believe they would give me a warranty and live up to it. Yet they still removed my review.
