The USB 3.0 connector on the board is blocked by my Rosewill Line Glow case Rosewill ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with Dual USB 3.0 and Four Fans, Black LINE GLOW and maybe even by more cases out there because of the fact that the USB 3.0 connector is designed to be plugged in from the side and not from the top. I'm not sure how you could find out definitively if your case will block this connector without buying the case and the motherboard though. But don't buy this motherboard with that case. There is only one PCI-E 3.0 x16 slot which is fine. This product does not support SLI, but does support XFire. If you put a dual-bay video card in your PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot on the bottom then you'll be covering up the connectors for your front audio, parallel port (if you feel this is necessary) and 2 of your USB 2.0 connectors (there are 3 though). You may be able to plug your connectors in and put the card on top of them, but it'd be a tight fit for sure. Of the 3 USB 2.0 connectors, the one left accessible in this case is the one with the speedcharging technology in it so you should be satisfied still. I love the I/O ports on this motherboard because there are so many and more than I really need. I am especially happy that is has an optical port for me. Also, there are only 2x 4-pin fan connectors (and an additional 1 for the CPU fan) so if your case has more than 2 fans in it then you'll need to accompany this motherboard with a fan controller of some sort. It has 6x SATA-6 connectors which is really nice too. None of them are SATA-3. It also comes with a really nice manual (in like a thousand different langues) if you need help finding out what any connector on the board is used for.
