Crucial Memory is not on the QVL for this MB, but I have bought from Crucial before and have had flawless functioning. I did my first POST yesterday (10/23/13) and the POST was successful with no problems with the memory.

UPDATE 11/06/13 - Installed Win 7.1 Pro (Branded version 'Dell') ~ $63. CPU temperature has stabilized to well below 100 deg F., usually around 89 deg F. The entire system of components appear to be working perfectly now.
I have researched the Ramdisks that are available and chose SoftPerfect RamDisk. I have installed some pretty heavy 3d apps directly to an 8gb RamDisk and (with a lot of finagling) have achieved stable operation. Now I am acquiring an appetite for another 16gb for a total of 32gb Crucial Memory (for Christmas?). Later this month (11/13) I will order the main HDD (~3000gb?).
