ASUS ET2411INKI-B011K 23.6-Inch All-in-One Desktop Review

I thought this AIO PC was about the best price for the features I wanted. This has a standard LCD screen, not a touchscreen, but personally I really have no vision for why I'd want a touchscreen on my desktop PC (I'd buy a tablet instead).

Pros:
1) Fast
2) Screen is about right for working on a desk. Bigger than I'm used to, but not overwhelming
3) Well built - the stand is very sturdy and tilts nicely, nothing flimsy attached to the PC
4) All the specs I wanted at the best price for an AIO. 8GB RAM, 1GB dedicated graphics card, and i5 processor. Would have preferred an easy option to put an SSD in because I already have plenty of storage on my home network, but haven't found anyone who offers an SSD for a fair price.
5) Saves a lot of space compared to my old tower and monitor, but still performs better. Looks great.

Cons:
1) Be nice if modifying components in the future were a little easier, but this is a shared problem with other AIOs given their small form factor. If you're willing to pry things open, you can upgrade some things, but Asus does not support these modifications, and I believe that voids your warranty.
2) I would recommend a different mouse for anyone purchasing this unit as the included mouse is too small for my liking, that and getting the battery compartment closed was more trying than it should have been. I went with a touchpad.
3) Windows 8 - sorry, if I wanted a tablet, I'd buy a tablet. Fortunately, I have Windows 7 discs.
