I ordered the lamp and according to the product description it is brand new and warranty is provided by Toshiba. However, when the lamp was first installed, it gave this funky smell. After a couple of month, the lamp was broken.I tried to contact the seller, it never replied my call or email. I contacted Toshiba, Toshiba said Toshiba will not provide any warranty since the seller is not their authorized seller and the seller is actually selling used lamp.
What a terrible experience. Never never buy anything from this company.
