Acoustica Mixcraft Pro Studio 6 Digital Audio Workstation Review

I have been using Mixcraft pro studio 6 for about 6 months now extensively for music production. The interface (Mixcraft 6) is intuitive and wonderful. You can see many of the great things about this from the Mixcraft 6 reviews...basically the pro version has many more loops and plug ins and things like Pianissimo (and excellent Grand piano VST). So I will speak more about customer service.

The Acoustica Mixcraft forum is excellent! They had a recent software upgrade which I did. There were many small improvements but I lost control surface usage during the update. Within a matter of a few minutes the actual developer responded and confirmed there was a glitch in the new version. They promised a fix by the end of the week (it was Monday) and they had a new fix before Tuesday was over. Works perfectly now.

Customer service is truly important. I have looked into many DAW's and many of them seem like great workstations. But customer reviews reflect an obvious deficit in customer service with many. Like Pro Tools, Logic, Reason. Also have heard horror stories about Native Instruments software.

I was heard and it was awesome. That alone is well worth it.
