I unpack, plugged in, and the unit proceeded to BUZZ, even maybe an electric arch sound. Called tech support, relayed my concern. After a few minutes the tech came back and said that is NORMAL for this unit - It should have a low HUM or BUZZ when working. WTF????!!!!!! I kept it because did not want to hassle with a return/new device. It works fine, just this noise. My advice is avoid and get something else.
