I bought this printer for my medical office about 5 months ago. Initial setup was without problems. All functions are working well. Documents and copies are great quality, faxing is good, scanning not used too much, but works as expected. Great feature is the wi-fi networking. I can print to this from any of five computers. I am thinking about purchasing another, but the price I got was much better on Amazon than the one now listed. I may go with another brand for a home color laser that won't see as much use. The toner is inexpensive if you get the generic on Amazon and the duty cycle per cartridge is good. It comes out cheaper by far than buying ink as most have found out. There have been occasional problems with it going off line unexpectedly and it has to be shut off and restarted for the computer to find it again. Occasionally has frozen, too, but same cure. Two calls to tech support were handled well and quickly with complete resolution of the problems. I'm not sure what the exact problem was as my biller made the calls, but it was up and running in no time. If I needed another 4in1 and needed the duty cycle and speed of this one, I would buy it without hesitation. This is my first color laser; had a Samsung mono laser that rapidly broke and went out of service. It wasn't too bad, but not very durable. The Xerox is so much better that that one. Haven't tried printing photos or anything much in color. Nice feature that saves a lot of paper is the duplex printing which is very fast.
