Found it very easy to install components. At first it would not POST. I submitted a case with Shuttle the day after Thanksgiving and received a response on the following Tuesday. This was great response considering it was over a holiday and weekend. Shuttle offered to RMA and replace the box. In the meantime I found a loose cable (arrrrggg) and was up and running. I now have a quiet, high performance workstation that takes up little space.
