I gave this product 3 stars because it is a very nicely made case/ keyboard and the Logitech quality shows. I purchased this for my new iPad Air thinking it would give me both a portable smart cover, case and a keyboard all in one package. While it does do that to some extent, the actual use of it was very difficult for me. For example, the removable case and cover was difficult to even get on the iPad easily and uses a suction like process that was hard for me to align. I had a hard time getting it aligned correctly and was disappointed to find that once on the case did not protect the corners of the iPad at all (I currently use an Invellop case for my other iPad, and it works great for this). Once I had the cover removed from the main case, it was difficult to get back in, which would have meant struggling with it each time I wanted to put it away. Also note that the iPad case itself is not a smart cover, which was a surprise to me. I never did really figure out how all the multiple typing positions were supposed to work, every way I tried it kept slipping down and I finally gave up. The keyboard is awesome. It synched right up, I had little or no delay typing on it and the keys are great. It attaches to the case magnetically but is easily removable to set it wherever works best. No complaints there at all!

So..., I am still on the hunt for a good implementation of a case / keyboard with a removable case that is also a smart cover. Bottom line is that it is not as easy or functional to use as it is described unfortunately. Logitech makes great quality products, but this one still needs some work!

Bottom line is this one had to go back. My thanks to Amazon for their quality return policy on this one.
