This unit was recommended by our IT consultant.. I am moving our current network system to 1G. We purchased 2 of these units to stack. They are replacing some Linksys 100Meg switches which have served us faithfully for 9 years… (I believe Cisco owns Linksys) They seem to be functioning well so far. The set up was pretty much straight forward with good documentation. They have a browser interface which makes setup fairly easy.. Also have serial interface if you prefer.
