Look, for the parts in this computer (including the 8-core processor, which is what sold me on it), this PC is a pretty good value, but I honestly wouldn't buy this if you're not technically proficient. When it arrived, I immediately had to remove the PCI Video card to get it to connect to my monitor, and had to re-install drivers just to get it working. The DVD drive's SATA cable had worked it's way loose in shipping, and a few minor problems like that. Now all that took me only a couple hours to diagnose and fix, and now it's working fine, so I am happy with it, but if you're uncomfortable taking it apart and doing some hardware fixes, go with something a little more name-brand.
